Born from building Purpose Built vehicles for the last mile.
In the process, we uncovered first-hand the real operational inefficiencies that needed fixing first. We recognized that vehicle efficiency alone wouldn’t solve the underlying rider churn and earnings issues. Deep field research exposed the hidden economics destroying last mile delivery, both at a business and humanitarian level.
